Project Story & Problem

The client called urgently because her 2-door Samsung digital inverter fridge was completely warm in the bottom compartment, causing fresh groceries and dairy to spoil, while the top freezer had severe ice frost buildup

Our Diagnosis & Technical Solution:

Our refrigeration specialist diagnosed a failed defrost cycle caused by a defective bi-metal thermal sensor and broken evaporator defrost heater. We defrosted the internal air channels, replaced the thermal sensor with an original Samsung component, and verified proper R600a compressor refrigerant flow. Within 3 hours, internal temperatures dropped to a crisp 3°C.
